OCR Athlete Group plan

Looking to improve your OCR skills but don’t have the budget to commit to 1:1 coaching? We have found that many people want to work on similar goals - building strength, improving their running and increasing grip so we have created a group training plan that will help you with these goals while also using the small group community to help keep you accountable and build your confidence all for just £25 a month.
